The project is designed to offer a modern recreational space featuring diverse and engaging activities for children, ranging from character-building games and fitness activities to amusement zones, a fairy tale garden, and exhibits on history and geography.
The centre will accommodate a central structure with one basement and 10 storeys across 10,355 square metres.

The basement will feature parking facilities, a multipurpose hall, a stage, storage, technical rooms, and toilets. The first-floor lobby will include a space for community activities, multipurpose halls, a sports hall with over 1,000 seats, exhibition and event areas, service counters, and a food and beverage area.
The second floor will have a 300-seat auditorium, a cinema, a library, sports areas, a stage, and dressing rooms. The third floor will include administrative and operations offices and a swimming pool. Meanwhile, the fourth and fifth floors will provide martial arts, chess and foreign language classes.
The project will also offer auxiliary facilities such as an outdoor stage with a water plaza, green spaces, and parking lots. It is expected to be put into use in 2028.
Situated by the Saigon River, the Thu Thiem New Urban Area is designed to accommodate roughly 200,000 residents. Some major projects are being carried out in the area, including the HCM City Planning Exhibition Centre, the Thu Thiem Central Square, and the Thu Thiem Theatre.
