The Danang People's Committee holds a ceremony to announce the kick-start of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park's construction on February 18.
The project, located in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, was approved in principle by the prime minister on December 31, 2024, and the Danang People's Committee approved the investor on February 11. Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company is the project developer with a total investment capital of VND6.20 trillion (approximately USD248 million), making it the city's seventh industrial park.
Hoa Ninh Industrial Park is designed to be one of central Vietnam's most modern industrial zones, prioritising investment in high-tech and specialised industries. It is located near the western ring road, providing seamless connectivity to Lien Chieu Port (10 km away), key expressways, and national highways.
The industrial park is expected to generate tens of thousands of jobs for local people, contributing to employment solutions and improving residents' incomes.

The investor has pledged to prioritise hiring local workers and collaborating with vocational training institutions to provide high-quality human resources that meet the demands of enterprises within the industrial park.
Additionally, the project will include housing for workers and various essential services such as kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and recreational facilities to enhance the quality of life for employees and their families.
