Speaking at the press briefing, Vo Tan Thanh, vice president of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), highlighted that this year’s expo is expected to serve as a key driver for Vietnam’s furniture industry to expand its global reach.

The fair will provide an ideal platform for local businesses to showcase their products, connect with international buyers, and explore new export opportunities. Over 2,500 booths will feature furniture and handicraft products from leading suppliers and manufacturers from Vietnam and 19 other countries.

This year, the VIFA EXPO 2025 organizer is placing a strong focus on attracting buyers from emerging, non-traditional markets to help businesses diversify their customer base. Target markets include the Middle East, India, China, South America, and Africa, offering fresh growth opportunities for Vietnam’s furniture industry.

A series of seminars will also be held to provide participants with insights into global interior industry trends, import-export activities in the past year, and forecasts for 2025.
