
The bird park covers a total area of 334 hectares in Hoa Lu District’s Ninh Hai Commune. It is around 110 kilometres from Hanoi, around two hours from the capital.

Thung Nham is home to 40 species with a total of roughly 50,000 birds, including many rare varieties listed in the Red Book, such as small imperial woodpeckers and storks.

Thung Nham is home to around 100 flora and 150 fauna species.

Birds often leave their nest to seek food at 5-7 am and return at around 5 pm.


Visitors will have a chance to explore nature and see rare flamingoes and white storks at the park.
