The project spans about 111.3 hectares in Phuc Yen Ward and is being developed by a consortium including Vinh Phuc Infrastructure Development and International Service JSC and SHINEC JSC. It has an operational term of 50 years.

Located near the IC2 interchange of the Noi Bai-Lao Cai Expressway and around 10 kilometres from Noi Bai International Airport, the site is expected to offer strong connectivity for investors.
The industrial park will feature integrated infrastructure, including internal roads, power supply, water and drainage systems, and a centralised wastewater treatment plant, enabling tenants to begin operations quickly.
The project forms a key part of Phu Tho’s economic strategy, with a focus on attracting high quality investment in sectors such as high tech, electronics, precision engineering, supporting industries and logistics.
It is also expected to create thousands of jobs, contribute to state revenues and stimulate the development of surrounding urban and commercial services.
Authorities have urged investors and contractors to ensure timely, safe and high quality implementation, while relevant agencies have been tasked with facilitating progress and resolving bottlenecks.
Phu Tho currently has 30 industrial parks, including 17 in operation, five under construction and eight undergoing site clearance. The province aims to release between 200 and 250 hectares of land each year to support new projects and attract secondary investors.
