Vietnamese students have won five medals at International Physics Olympiad 2016, including two golds, according to the Ministry of Education and Training.
The Vietnamese team includes five high schools in Hanoi and the provinces of Nam Dinh and Quang Binh.

Dinh Huong Thao from Le Hong Phong High School in Nam Dinh and Nguyen The Quynh from Vo Nguyen Giap High School in Quang Binh win the gold medals.
The silver medals belong to Nguyen Quang Nam from High School for Gifted Students, Hanoi National University of Education and Pham Quang Minh from Hanoi-Amsterdam High School.
Pham Ngoc Nam from Le Hong Phong High School of Nam Dinh Province wins the bronze medal.
The Int'l Physics Olympiad 2016 was held at Zurich University Thụy Sĩ with the participation of 398 students from 87 countries and territories. Among those, 215 students won medals.
