Units that do not apply a fixed work regime with two days off every weekend need to arrange a suitable holiday schedule, according to the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Employees who work on National Day are paid at least 300 percent of their salary in line with the Labour Code.
From 2021, the country has a total of 11 public holidays, while the number of days off for September 2 has been increased from one to two.
