VietJet Air, Vietnam's low cost airline has just launched a Hanoi-Can Tho route linking one of largest city in the country and the largest city in the Mekong Delta.
VietJet Air will operate seven flights with a capacity of 2,520 passengers per week. The two hour 10 minutes flight using Airbus planes, will depart from Hanoi at 11:00am and from Can Tho at 1:45pm.
Earlier, the airline also opened the Da Nang – Can Tho route.
On the occasion, VietJet Air presented 200 health insurance cards to poor people in Hanoi and 200 health insurance cards to poor people in Can Tho.
VietJet Air operated nearly 30 routes connecting domestic provinces and cities. The budget airline also links Vietnam to select international destinations, such as Bangkok, Thailand; Siem Reap, Cambodia; and Seoul, Republic of Korea.
