The body was found by the local people by Van Nien Port, Hue City. The man was a Norwegian tourist, born in 1987.
According to some local living at Vong Canh Hill, they saw a motorbike and a backpack abandoned overnight on August 14. The backpack contained the tourist’s personal papers.
