Terry Fox Run 2013 scheduled for November 24

The event is co-organised by the Consulate General of Canada, the Canadian International School and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

According to the organizing board, Terry Fox 2013 is a family event involving everyone in non-competitive activities including jogging, running and cycling. After jogging, people can join a banquet with music bands playing in an opening setting.

Last year, the 16^th Terry Fox Run 2012 attracted more than 14,600 people and raised VND1.7 billion.

Terry Fox Run is not only a Canadian tradition. More than US$600 million has been raised worldwide for cancer research named Terry Fox so far.
