Ho Chi Minh City Tropical Diseases Hospital Saturday confirmed three cases of A/H1N1 flu infections.
Three women in HCMC’s District 3 were hospitalized two weeks ago with fever symptoms.
Tests showed those were infected with the H1N1 virus, which broke out in Mexico in late April in 2009 and quickly spread around the world.
The 24-year old, L.T.T, left the hospital in stable heath condition.
The two siblings, 27 year-old N.T.M.T and 22 year-old N.T.H.N, were being treated in the isolation area of the hospital.
The influenza A (H1N1) virus (also known as swine flu) affected 183 people in Vietnam last year.
Eight of these people died, the health authorities said, warning that children, pregna.
