Social distancing lifted at Hanoi's K hospital

Nearly 1,000 trips have been organised to carry patients and family members, whose quarantine period ended, to their homes in various provinces like Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh and Son La.

Afterwards, the hospitals will be disinfected at least three times.

Over 700 staff were quarantined at the hospital and over 1,000 staff were home isolated. All of them have tested negative. The staff and patients and family members were tested at least six times during the lockdown.

The K Hospital's Tam Hiep and Phan Chu Trinh branches were reopened on May 24 as no Covid-19 cases were reported at their locations.

Three staff and 11 people at K Hospital-Tan Trieu Branch tested positive for Covid-19 during the latest Covid-19 outbreak in Hanoi. The Hospital was locked down on May 7.
