Authorities in Xuan Huong–Dalat Ward said the kiosks in the Hoa Binh area are being cleared to make way for flowers, greenery, and public space. The removal, which began several days ago, is close to completion.

The project costs an estimated VND 165 million (approximately USD 6,500). The kiosks, managed by the Lam Dong Housing Management Centre, had long been rented by residents to sell coffee, drinks, and goods to tourists.

Situated next to Hoa Binh Theatre and Dalat Market, the site is regarded as one of the city’s prime commercial locations.
