Pham Van Binh in Thanh Trach Commune in Bo Trach District recently saw the turtle when returning home from work.

The park's Centre for Rescue, Conservation and Creature Development is home to dozens of rescued wild animals, including many rare species from Vietnam’s Red Book. The majority of them are handed over by local residents or seized from criminals in illegal trafficking cases.
