The southern central province of Phu Yen will build a VND2.2 trillion (USD82.64 million) coastal road.
The 14.7-kilometre road will connect Tuy An District and Tuy Hoa City.

The project will be divided into two phases. The first from 2023 and 2025 will see VND1.3 trillion invested, with the remainder of around VND900 billion used for the second phase scheduled between 2026 and 2028.
VND800 billion will be sourced from the central budget and the rest will be arranged by the provincial budget.
Cao Thi Hoa, chairwoman of the Phu Yen People’s Council, said that the project is expected to be carried out early next year.
The Tuy An-Tuy Hoa coastal road is part of a 132-kilometre seaside road that passes through Phu Yen.
