Under the decision by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance, the retail prices of E5 RON 92 and RON 95 fell slightly by VND650 and VND630 per litre respectively.


Diesel and kerosene also fell by VND1,630 and VND1,670 per litre respectively. Mazut oil witnessed a fall of VND560 per kilo.

With the price adjustment, E5 RON 92 is being sold at VND28,330 per litre, while the price for RON 95 is VND29,190 per litre, diesel at VND23,630 per litre, kerosene at VND22,240 and mazut oil at VND20,420 per kilogramme.

Earlier petrol prices witnessed seven consecutive increases since December 25, 2021. In the latest adjustment made on March 11, the retail prices of E5 RON 92 and RON 95 rose by VND2,910 and VND2,990 per litre respectively. Diesel and kerosene also increased by VND3,950 and VND3,940 per litre respectively, and Mazut oil witnessed a rise of VND2,520 per kilo.
