Party General Secretary To Lam to visit Finland next week

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam will pay an official visit to Finland from October 20-22.

The visit will be made at the invitation of Finnish President Alexander Stubb, according to an announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
