Five Chinese people have been fined a total VND100 million (USD4,347) for working at an unlicensed clinic in the central province of Nghe An.

Five Chinese people have been fined a total VND100 million (USD4,347) for working at an unlicensed clinic in the central province of Nghe An.

Among those, Zhang Ai Hue, 57 and An JunLi, 51, are working as doctors at the clinic in Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City. Meanwhile, Ke Zhi Xiong, 45; Hu Zhong Wen, 51 and Li Bing Qing, 32 are in charge of the clinic’s human resource and equipment management.

After being fined the required procedures at the clinic were quickly completed.
