Participants will give their opinions on seven draft laws, namely the Law on Administrative Sanctions, the Law on the Sea of Vietnam, the Law on Pricing, the Law on Water Resources (revised), the Law on Judicial Assessment, the Law on Advertising, and the Law on Legal Education and Dissemination. These draft laws are expected to be adopted at the coming third session of the 13 National Assembly.
They will discuss six other draft bills and map out a program on building law and ordinance of the NA in 2013.
The delegates will review the implementation of the 2011 plan for socio-economic development and contributed opinions to an overall plan for economic restructuring.
