Lost belongings returned to Korean travellers at Danang airport

Two South Korean travellers have been reunited with cash and personal documents after losing their belongings at Danang International Airport.

Authorities at Danang International Airport said on March 27 that officers had quickly recovered and returned the items to the passengers.

One traveller, Choi Seong Tea, reported losing a bag containing about VND 9.3 million (about USD 354), along with a passport and other important documents. The items were found and returned in full the following day.

In a separate case on March 25, an officer discovered an unattended bag containing identification papers, an iPhone 15 Pro Max and 300,000 won, worth around VND 40 million (about USD 1,521). The belongings were later returned to their owner, Hwang EoJin.

Both passengers expressed gratitude to airport officers for their prompt assistance, highlighting efforts to ensure safety and service quality for international visitors.
