
This marks the first time Vietnamese customers will be able to purchase the new iPhone at the same time as buyers in Apple’s tier-1 markets.
Prices this year have risen sharply compared with previous generations.
According to Apple, the standard iPhone 17 starts at VND 25 million (approximately USD 985) for the 256GB version and VND 31.5 million (approximately USD 1,240) for the 512GB model. It will be available in lavender, sage green, smoky blue, white and black.
The iPhone 17 Air is priced at VND 32 million (approximately USD 1,260) for 256GB, VND 38.5 million (approximately USD 1,515) for 512GB and VND 45 million (approximately USD 1,770) for 1TB, with four colour options: sky blue, pale gold, cloud white and space black.
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max come in silver, cosmic orange and deep blue. The Pro model costs VND 35 million (approximately USD 1,380) for 256GB, VND 41.5 million (approximately USD 1,630) for 512GB and VND 48 million (approximately USD 1,890) for 1TB.
The iPhone 17 Pro Max starts at VND 38 million (approximately USD 1,500) for the 256GB model, about VND 3 million higher than the iPhone 16 Pro Max at launch. For the first time, Apple is offering a 2TB version of the Pro Max, priced at VND 64 million (approximately USD 2,520), the highest price ever for an iPhone.
