Hanoians and Saigonese boisterously celebrated Halloween on October 31.
From Youth Cultural House, 23rd September Park to Notre Dame Cathedral in HCM City, people flocked to celebrate in home-made outfits, attracting the attention of passers-by.
At Dam Sen Park, many attended the night showed off their costumes, fangs and fake blood. Some restaurants and Karaoke bars also tried to attract customers by letting workers wear Halloween outfits.
