Under the adjustment, E5 RON 92 rose by VND 1,170 per litre to VND 20,630 per litre, while RON 95 increased by VND 1,280 per litre to VND 21,240 per litre.
Kerosene climbed by VND 1,410 per litre to VND 18,920 per litre, while mazut surged by VND 1,180 per kilogramme to VND 17,640 per kilogramme. Similarly, diesel prices were raised by VND 1,450 per litre to VND 19,150 per litre.
The two ministries did not use the Petrol Price Stabilisation Fund in this price revision.
RON 95 has seen four consecutive price hikes after just one decline, though it remains at its lowest level in four years, equivalent to prices in June 2021. So far this year, RON 95 has been raised 14 times and cut 11 times. Diesel has recorded 13 increases and 11 cuts.
