Under the adjustment, E5 RON 92 petrol increased by VND 80 per litre to VND 19,850 per litre, while RON 95 is set at VND 20,430 per litre.
Diesel rose by VND 120 per litre to VND 18,470 per litre, while kerosene grew by VND 90 per litre to VND 18,310 per litre. Mazut climbed by VND 110 per kilogramme to VND 15,370 per kilogramme.
The two ministries did not use the Petrol Price Stabilisation Fund for this price revision.
Domestic petrol prices have risen for three consecutive sessions. Since the beginning of this year, the price of RON 95 petrol has increased 21 times and decreased 16 times, while diesel has seen 18 increases and 17 decreases.
