A reprsentative from the Thuong Tin Commune People's Committee told Dantri/Dtinews that the fire broke out at around 4.30 am on September 16 in a one-story home in Van Giap Village, killing a couple and their two young children, including a four-month-old baby.
The temporary house, enclosed with corrugated metal sheets, trapped the family inside. Local police, rescue teams and officials arrived quickly and extinguished the blaze by 5 am.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
