The 21-year-old woman was propositioned by Phuong, but she rejected him. As a result, the doctor beat her, causing her eye injuries. She is now staying at Hue Central Hospital for the treatment. Her face is heavily bruised.

Phuong was summoned to work with local police this morning, September 23. His Facebook account has also been locked.
Thousands of comments on Facebook denounced Phuong who was said to have made a similar proposal with a young woman at his private clinic. He also used insulting words with his staff.
