According to the city’s traffic police division, the man has been summoned for questioning following the incident.
A video circulating on social media on March 24 showed the rider travelling along the approach to Tien Son Bridge, moving from Ngu Hanh Son Ward towards Hoa Cuong Ward. During the ride, he lifted the front wheel off the ground while the motorcycle was in motion.
Authorities said the stunt posed a serious risk to road safety. The case is under investigation.
