Cold spell to bring rains to northern region
In the afternoon of November 13, the cold spell will arrive in the mountainous areas before spreading to the delta, north-central coast and some areas on the central coast.
Due to the cold spell, the northern region will have rains on November 13 and the morning of November 14. Some areas may have torrential rains. Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will have rains from November 14. The northern region will still be cold at night and early morning.
