Many cars have been submerged in flood water after a heavy rain on Monday morning in Hanoi.
On the morning of April 26, many residents at the Ecohome 3 Residential Towers in Bac Tu Liem District reported to local authorities after finding their cars deeply flooded while parking on a road in the area.
An official from Dong Ngac Ward told Dantri/Dtinews Newspaper that after receiving complaints from local residents, they have asked the building investor to check and deal with the situation.
"There may be some problems with the drainage system on this road," the official said.
