Hanoi to launch 114 social housing projects

Hanoi has approved 147 social housing and housing projects for the armed forces, including 121 social housing projects, 23 for the police and three for the military.

Of those, 30 projects with about 24,120 apartments are under construction, while 114 are due to start this year. Three remain on hold because developers opted to pay a fee instead of building social housing or failed to make progress.
