Tran Viet Thanh, 27, a worker at Que Vo Industrial Park said all of the workers at his factory had been told to stay home until further notice. "Workers who live near the industry parks can still go to work. However, people who live in other districts have to stay home," he said.
31-year-old Nguyen Van Tai said, "My company issued a notice to let workers stay home but have not announced any details about how to work or wages during this time."
Mau Quang Thang, vice head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks in Bac Ninh said before new cases were detected at Viettel Post, various companies in Bac Ninh have applied strict preventive rules and the authorities also carry out regular inspections.

The Department of Education and Training was asked to help arrange local schools as dormitories for workers in case they have to stay at work.
