Specifically, the show will be officially aired at 20:30 p.m. every Monday on Vietnam Television Channel 3 (VTV3), starting from June 12.

The winner of the show will receive a prize worth VND 300 million, get a scholarship at a prestigious culinary school, and represent Vietnam in a number of international cuisine competitions.
As the main judge of Top Chef Vietnam 2023, Alain Nguyen, chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Chefs Association, said that this year's version is looking for chefs who have a deep understanding of the value of Vietnamese ingredients, particularly its rich and diverse characteristics.
This year the food website TasteAtlas has selected Vietnamese cuisine as among the Top 20 in the world.
The American Magazine Travel & Leisure has also praised Vietnamese cuisine as "the quintessence" and suggested that international visitors choose Vietnam as their first destination to visit this year.
