The week-long event runs from November 23 to November 30, with two gala nights in Hue City and Ho Chi Minh City. Aimed at promoting Vietnam’s landscapes and people through gastronomy, the programme selects Hue, host of National Tourism Year 2025, as a key venue expected to highlight royal culinary traditions alongside global culinary excellence.
Throughout the week, visitors can join activities designed to connect Michelin-starred chefs with Vietnamese culinary artisans. These events accompany Dinner Incredible, an international gastronomy project founded by chef Giorgio Diana, which has captivated diners in Rome, Tokyo, Singapore and New York.
The highlight will be the 100 flavors showcase at La Vela Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on November 26 and Hue Times Square on November 28. Chefs from France, Italy, the UK, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam will present an elevated fine-dining experience.
They will perform live, crafting dishes that reflect their personal culinary styles and the cultural richness of global cuisine, accompanied by curated music, artistic performances and a luxurious setting.
