Vietjet resumes flights linking Hanoi, HCM City and Con Dao

The low-cost carrier Vietjet on December 3 resumed services connecting Vietnam’s two major cities - Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City with the Con Dao Special Zone.

The airline now operates one round-trip flight per day on each route. The HCM City-Con Dao flight departs at 11 am and arrives at 11.40 am, while the return leg leaves Con Dao at 9.20 am and lands in HCM City at 10.05 am.

On the Hanoi-Con Dao route, the flight departs Hanoi at 6.45 am and arrives in Con Dao at 8.55 am. The return flight leaves Con Dao at 12.05 pm and lands in Hanoi at 2.20 pm.

From December 15, flight frequencies on both routes will increase to two round trips per day.

Con Dao Island in HCM City is regarded as an ideal destination for nature lovers seeking tranquillity. In addition to its pristine forests, clear waters and relaxed pace of life, the island is home to many historical sites that offer visitors deeper insight into a significant period of the nation’s past.
