Floating markets are the special feature of Vietnam’s south-western region, The markets become more crowded near the Lunar New Year.
The region is famous for many floating markets namely Cai Rang, Phong Dien, Nga Bay, Cai Be, Chau Doc and Nga Nam.
Around 10 days before Tet, the market attracts thousands of boats which come to sell and buy mostly farm produce.
