By mid-October, tourist attractions including Po Sah Inu Towers, Bau Trang sand dunes and resorts along Mui Ne Beach were welcoming more international visitors, signalling the approach of the peak inbound tourism season.
Hotels and resorts in Mui Ne Ward reported an increase in bookings from early October, with international visitors typically staying between seven and 20 days.
Beyond beach holidays, tourists are seeking activities such as kitesurfing, jet skiing, stand-up paddleboarding, fishing village tours and traditional craft experiences.

Some hotels reported advance bookings of 40-60 per cent, with occupancy expected to rise over Christmas and New Year amid growing demand from Russian and northern European tourists.
While Mui Ne previously relied heavily on visitors from Russia and Ukraine, arrivals from Poland, the Netherlands, Britain, Germany and France are increasing this year.
To meet demand, hotels and resorts have upgraded facilities, improved services and introduced packages combining beach holidays, wellness activities and cultural experiences for longer-staying guests.
Nguyen Dang Tam, general manager of The Cliff Resort & Residences, said bookings were stronger and earlier than last year, with high-spending German and other European tourists remaining key markets.
The resort is preparing a series of year-end activities, particularly Christmas and New Year celebrations, while promoting beach holidays combined with local culture and cuisine.
Tran Thi Ngoc Minh, a representative of Pandanus Resort, said the property organises weekly activities introducing Cham pottery and traditional cuisine, with local artisans taking part.
It has also developed tours exploring cultural attractions to meet growing interest in local heritage.
Local authorities are meanwhile working to improve tourism infrastructure and services.
Mui Ne authorities are expanding Nguyen Dinh Chieu-Huynh Thuc Khang Road and improving public order and cleanliness ahead of the peak season.
Other coastal destinations, including Hoa Thang, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh and La Gi, are also preparing for more international visitors through stronger promotion, better connectivity and improved services.
According to the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province has stepped up promotion through digital tourism platforms, international cooperation and participation in major travel events.
These include the Vietnam International Travel Mart in Hanoi and the International Travel Expo in HCM City, alongside familiarisation trips for overseas tourism representatives.
The province is also developing tourism products linked to natural attractions, cultural heritage, festivals, traditional craft villages and locally certified OCOP products.
Combined tours, weekend packages and night-time tourism activities in Da Lat, Phan Thiet and Mui Ne are being expanded to offer visitors more options for sightseeing, entertainment, dining and shopping.
Lam Dong welcomed more than 1.09 million international visitors in the first nine months of 2026, up 14.48 per cent year on year.
The province aims to attract 1.58 million international visitors for the full year, an increase of 22.77 per cent from 2025.
To reach that target, tourism authorities plan to strengthen promotion in established markets while expanding their reach in Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, North America and the Middle East.
The strategy focuses on diversifying visitor markets, improving tourism products and attracting more long-stay international travellers.
