Tickets must still be presented when accessing the service by people using monthly passes.

According to Hanoi Metro management, the Cat Linh-Ha Dong and Nhon-Cau Giay lines operated 518 train trips, transporting over 140,000 passengers on August 21, when the first rehearsal for the National Day parade was held.

The Cat Linh-Ha Dong metro line served over 110,000 passengers on that day, setting a record for the highest ridership since its operation began, while the Nhon-Cau Giay line carried more than 30,000.

To better serve passengers during the upcoming parade rehearsals and final review, Hanoi Metro has adjusted its operations to handle increased demand, making it easier for residents to travel, encouraging the use of public transport, and helping to ease road congestion.
