The projects are concentrated in Hai Van Ward and areas formerly belonging to Quang Nam Province, focusing on eco-tourism, resorts and entertainment developments.
Hai Van Ward is seeking investors for the Chim Chim Hill eco-tourism area, a tourism project east of the Hai Van Pass route and another west of the bypass road, aiming to capitalise on the area’s natural landscape and tourism potential.

Several large tourism projects were also unveiled in former Quang Nam areas.
Among them is the 70-hectare Duy Son eco-tourism and resort complex in Duy Xuyen Commune, expected to create jobs and boost local revenues.
Authorities are also seeking investment for the 25-hectare Dong Tien Lake eco-tourism project in Dong Duong Commune, planned as a low-density community-based tourism area surrounded by greenery and water.
In Nong Son Commune, the Son Vien hot spring area is planned as a 463-hectare high-end resort, wellness and healthcare tourism destination.
Other projects include coastal tourism service developments, eco-tourism sites and riverside resort areas across several communes and wards.
The projects are expected to strengthen the tourism sector, better utilise local ecological landscapes and support socio-economic development through job creation and higher incomes for local residents.
