Sun PhuQuoc Airways launches direct Hanoi-Seoul, HCM City-Seoul routes

Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA) has launched direct Hanoi-Seoul and Ho Chi Minh City-Seoul routes, with one daily return flight each.

Alongside its existing Phu Quoc-Seoul service, the two new routes allow SPA to connect Seoul directly with all three departure points in Vietnam: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc, offering more travel options between Vietnam and South Korea for tourists, business travellers and trade links.

The Hanoi-Seoul route departs Hanoi at 4.20 pm and lands in Seoul at 10.45 pm local time. The return flight departs at 12.15 am and arrives in Hanoi at 3.10 am.

To support its expanding route network, SPA plans to increase its fleet to 32 aircraft in 2026, including four wide-body Airbus A330 jets to be introduced gradually from October to December.
