Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi is crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 on September 14
Standing 1.72m tall with measurements of 81-64-92cm, Yen Nhi had previously competed in the 2024 edition, finishing in the top 15. Over the two months of the competition, she maintained strong performances across sub-contests, entering the top five in the Grand Heat (swimsuit) and receiving praise in the Grand Voice Award.
In the Q&A round for the top five, judge Ha Kieu Anh asked, “As a young person, what actions will you take to contribute to Vietnam’s rising era?” Yen Nhi gave a confident, articulate response that drew applause from the audience.
"In this era of national development, I believe tourism will be my way to serve my country," she said. "I'll be a storyteller of Vietnam, sharing our history and heritage with the world. I stand for innovation and digital transformation to make tourism more sustainable and inclusive. Above all, I'll be a bridge to connect Vietnam with the world, connecting international friends with the kindness, the beauty, and the resilience of Vietnam."
The four runners-up were Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan from Ca Mau, Le Thi Thu Tra from Nghe An, Dinh Y Quyen from Gia Lai, and La Ngoc Phuong Anh from An Giang.
The top five of Miss Grand Vietnam 2025
The finale was held outdoors at a hotel venue. Compared with previous years, the event was considered smaller in scale, with activities limited to Ho Chi Minh City instead of multiple provinces.
Miss Grand Vietnam 2025 featured the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, National Costume, The Grand Voice, The Grand Walk, The Grand Heat, The Grand Shoot, The Grand Chat, and The Grand Business activities.
The judging panel included head judge Ha Kieu Anh, deputy head Vuong Duy Bien, as well as Le Hoang Phuong, Doan Thien An, and actor Quoc Truong.
The new beauty queen will have two weeks to prepare before representing Vietnam at the Miss Grand International 2025 pageant.
