Held under the theme Ninh Binh-A heritage journey through the ages, the 10-day event in late May will span key sites including Tam Coc-Bich Dong, Trang An, Tam Chuc, Thinh Long Beach and nearby coastal communes.
An opening ceremony at Dinh Tien Hoang Square is set to host around 1,000 delegates. The centrepiece will be a live-action art show titled Millennial Brushstrokes, featuring three acts, more than 200 performers and modern LED and light-mapping technology.

The Tam Coc Golden Season Festival will follow, offering visitors views of ripening rice fields, folk singing performances along the Ngo Dong River and a unique procession of agricultural offerings.
A creative music festival at Trang An, named Forestival, will bring a contemporary edge under the theme Warriors of the Dawn, blending cinema, visual arts and multimedia. A headline performance on May 30 at Binh Minh Square near Bai Dinh Pagoda is expected to draw younger audiences.
Meanwhile, the Ninh Binh Coastal Tourism Festival, held from April 28 to May 1 at Thinh Long Beach, will showcase the province’s expanded tourism landscape following administrative adjustments, under the theme From sacred mountains to open seas.
Traditional cultural performances will run throughout, including water puppetry, cheo opera, xam singing and the Vietnam Yosakoi Festival 2026, highlighting cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan.
