The ceremony saw the attendance of Vice State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan, Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Secretary Tran Hong Minh, Deputy Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Thi Kim Chi, and other officials, parents, teachers and students.

Speaking at the opening event on September 5, Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee Secretary Tran Hong Minh sincerely thanked State President Lam for the gift to local teachers and students ahead of the new school year 2024-2025.

"The school project was completed just in time for the new school year," Minh said. "We're delighted to see teachers and students here have better facilities this year."

Pac Bo was the first place where Nguyen Ai Quoc, who later used the name Ho Chi Minh, set foot when returning to Vietnam in 1941 to lead the revolutionary movement after spending over 30 years abroad. It is home to many historical sites, such as Coc Bo Cave, Border Marker 108, Khuoi Nam Hut, and Lenin Spring, associated with his revolutionary activities.
