Phan Thi Mo selected as World Miss Tourism Ambassador entrant

The Department of Performing Arts has given Phan Thi Mo permission to participate in the World Miss Tourism Ambassador 2018 in Thailand this July.

Phan Thi Mo was born in Tien Giang Province in 1990. She was in the top 5 at Miss Vietnam World 2010, top 10 in Miss Asia USA, and top 5 in Miss Vietnam 2012. She has also worked as the host and announcer for many programmes as well as participated in many films. She was praised for her work ethics and talents.

Mo said, "I don't want to miss this opportunity because I feel like I'm in my prime. Many people worry about my foreign language skills but actually, that's what I'm most confident in because I've been training for years. With strong determination and what I have, I hope that lucky lady will smile on me."

She was recently treated for disk herniation and is in recovering process. Mo and her crew are taking this time to brainstorm costume ideas for the beauty pageant.

The final night of the World Miss Tourism Ambassador will be held in early August with the participation of more than 60 women from across the world. Several activities prior to the final night and sub-contests may be held in Vietnam in late July.
