The association of Vietnamese people in Yongin City, South Korea, donated KRW1.265 million (USD1,137) for flood-damaged households in Vietnam\'s central region.
Nguyen Bao Lam, who represents the Vietnam Yongin association, said he and many Vietnamese people in Yongin City keep up to date on the flood information via Dantri/DTiNews.
“We feel sorry for the locals who suffer from floods every year and are also moved by relief activities of Dantri/DTiNews,” Lam shared.
The Vietnamese community in the city sent the donation to the central flood zone through Dantri/DTiNews, joining hands to help flood victims stabilise their lives.
