Ngo Phi Long from the Son La Gifted High School
According to the Ministry of Education and Training, the winners are Ngo Phi Long from the northern mountainous Son La province and Dinh Ngoc Hai from the northern Ha Nam province. Both had previously pocketed gold medals at the 2012 International Physics Olympiad (IPhO).
