According to the ministry's report, the national caseload has so far increased to 11,504,091.

On November 2, an additional 344 more patients recovered from the disease, raising the number of recoveries in the country to over 10.60 million.

On Wednesday evening, one death from Covid-19 was recorded, raising the country's total fatalities to 43,165, accounting for 0.4 per cent of total infections.

By November 2, the country had injected over 262 million doses of Covid-19 vaccines.

The Ministry of Health is calling on local authorities to continue administering Covid-19 vaccines as coverage lags in several localities.

According to the ministry, the third and fourth dose coverage for people over 18 years is at 78.50 per cent and 81.30 per cent.

Third-dose coverage for children from 12-18 years has reached 62 per cent.
