In their first talk on the line, the two officials affirmed they will coordinate closely to well implement the common perception between high-ranking leaders to strengthen the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.
They will also deploy negotiating mechanisms on sea-related issues to promptly address arising problems in a joint effort to maintain peace and stability in the East Sea.
