Until December 31, 2025, eligible relief cargo will be exempt from freight charges, fuel surcharges and related fees, and will receive priority loading on Vietnam Airlines Group flights from airports nationwide to Phu Cat, Tuy Hoa, Cam Ranh, Lien Khuong, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku.
The scheme also continues for flights to Phu Bai, Danang and Chu Lai, as in its initial phase. The programme may be extended depending on demand and cargo volumes.
The policy covers the Vietnam Fatherland Front, provincial and municipal authorities, the Vietnam Red Cross, political and social organisations, state agencies, licensed charities and authorised enterprises. Other organisations or individuals may send goods through these designated bodies.
