The scene of the accident
The accident occurred at 7.45 am at Pham Hung- Thang Long Avenue-Khuat Duy Tien-Tran Duy Hung intersection. According to the witnesses, a tank truck was running along Pham Hung Street when it suddenly collided with another motorbike in the same direction.
Two women on the motorbike fell on to the road and were run over. They were dead before help arrived.
The traffic police quickly went to the scene to regulate the traffic and investigate the case. It appears that the women are mother and daughter.
