Authorities of Da Lat City in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong have fined a tourist for illegally setting off fireworks.
The fireworks are set off on November 14 at a hotel in Da Lat City.
According to the Da Lat People’s Committee, on November 14, the male tourist who comes from HCM City hired a big hotel room in Da Lat’s Ward 9 to organise an event. He organised a fireworks display at the hotel for around five minutes.
At the police station, the man admitted his illegal fireworks show. He was then fined VND7.50 million (USD312.5).
The hotel is located on Nguyen Du Street.
